Why this
niche?
I found a channel in this niche that started just 5 months ago and already achieved over 9.3 million views. The great thing about this niche is that you can create everything yourself with AI, and there are endless topics you can cover. I also found a few other channels that started just a few weeks ago and are already getting millions of views. This shows that the chance of success in this niche is very high. So, if you're looking for a niche with easy-to-make content, this one is for you. Important: In this niche, quantity beats quality. The key is to stay consistent and to keep posting regularly. In this analysis, I’ll show you the exact successful patterns those channels use, so you can increase your chances of getting picked up by the algorithm, just like they did.

Thumbnail matches the beginning of the story
'The text arrived between helping customers at my Boutique I'm leaving you and moving to Miami with my 20-year-old girlfriend I've already emptied our joint account haha'
If you take a good look at the thumbnail of this video and then watch the first seconds of this video, you’ll notice they directly highlight the text message. So you're giving the viewer the value they clicked for straight from the beginning. I watched a few of their other videos too, and they do this every time. That’s why it’s important to make sure that whatever you write in the thumbnail matches the first few seconds of your video. Skip the long intro and dive straight into the story.

This works
When you tell a story in first person, sometimes it can feel more personal, more real, and more believable. Why? Because the viewer hears the story directly from the person who lived it or at least, it feels that way. You’re not just describing what happened to someone else; you’re living it in the story. That makes the viewer connect emotionally, almost like they’re listening to a friend talk. That's why I'd definitely continue that writing style if you want to start in this niche because this works very well.
3:29
Details
By including details like this in your script, the viewer can become even more connected to the story. Especially if you think in terms of visuals and treat these videos like a podcast, this is a great example of how that can work. The more the viewer is pulled into the story, the more likely they are to watch the entire video. So, try to tell the story in as much detail as they do here.

Victim Vs The person to blame
As I mentioned earlier, this story really focuses on the narrator being the victim, and you see this in other topics as well. Make sure to include examples like this in your script to show the other people in the story in a negative light, while emphasizing everything the woman has to go through. This helps the viewers empathize with the voice-over, making them more likely to take the woman’s side and view the man negatively.

Understand your audience
'Life goes on even when your husband runs off with a receptionist young enough to be his daughter..'
This could be a huge trigger for your audience. Chances are, the viewer clicked on your video because they’ve been through something similar, so mentioning these things in your script will definitely trigger them. It's important to understand the emotions of your audience so you can speak directly to their experiences and connect even more with them.

Don't do this...
What they’re doing here is something I would never recommend. Ideally, you want to give the viewer the value they clicked for as fast as possible and yes, they do get to it, but only after 5 seconds. That could’ve started at 00:00. There’s no value in asking people to subscribe before the video even starts. You’ve literally given them zero reason to do so yet. So avoid this, especially at the beginning of your video. If you really want to ask for a subscribe, do it at the end when you’ve already delivered something. Or honestly? Skip it entirely.

This could be much better
Let me be honest: there’s definitely a lot in this video that could be improved, the voice-over, the editing, no doubt. But here’s the thing: this video still achieved more than 1 million views. So clearly, this audience doesn’t really care that much about polish. And if you check the comments, they confirm it. What does matter is the storytelling. That’s what keeps these people watching. I’ll dive deeper into that when we start creating your video.

You can improve this
If you asked me whether I think this is a good voice-over, I’d definitely say no, because it’s obvious it’s AI. However, as we’ve seen in the comments, there aren't much negative comments about it but if you ask me this is something you can easily improve with using eleven labs. When you choose a voice that sounds just a bit more realistic, it takes your video and storytelling to the next level. Even if viewers know it’s AI, a voice that feels more natural and emotional makes a huge difference. What also matters in this niche is choosing a middle-aged American woman with a soft, feminine voice. If you look at the image they use during editing, they also choose a 'perfect' generated AI woman and I get the sense they’re going for that polished, idealized vibe with the voice-over too.

This thumbnail achieved more than 1.2M+ views...
As you probably know, this thumbnail goes against a lot of the things I usually stand for: they use way too much text, and there's no clear triggering situation being shown. But sometimes it’s important to look at why something works for a specific audience, even if it’s not how you’d personally do it. There’s a good chance this particular audience is triggered because of the text. They’re likely a bit older, with a longer attention span than the younger generation scrolling through TikTok or Instagram. Plus, the message might resonate with them more deeply, they’ve probably experienced similar situations in their own lives. And since the video delivers the value they clicked for within the first few seconds, it makes sense that this works so well in this niche. The key here is choosing the right topic and highlighting the most relatable or emotionally triggering message from the story to grab your audience’s attention. That’s why I wouldn’t change the thumbnail style for in this niche, because clearly, it’s working. But the only thing what I would change about this thumbnail is the text color. By keeping the text white and adding two, or at most three, red elements, you make sure the focus goes to those specific points, making it easier for your audience to immediately understand what the video is about. Also, because all the text on the thumbnail is the same size, there’s no contrast being created. Check out "How to Create Your Thumbnail" to see how I would approach it for this niche.

How to find topics?
Important: Let me break down a few key things about this niche, starting with the good stuff. First off: it's super beginner-friendly. You can create everything with AI, the content is simple, it’s free to make, it doesn’t take much time, and if something hits, you can make a lot of money pretty quickly. But here’s the other side: this niche isn’t about quality, it’s all about quantity. You kind of need YouTube to give you a bit of luck. We’ve seen two channels that prove it’s possible, and they’re following the same patterns, so yeah, it definitely can work. But you’ve got to approach this niche differently. You can’t overthink it. You just need to start. Post every single day and keep going until something takes off. That’s the whole game here: stay consistent until the algorithm picks you up.
Besides that, I want to share something else with you: the pattern that’s clearly visible on the competitor’s channel. As you can see, topics where the husband leaves the wife perform really well, along with stories where a woman gets fired by her boss after years of working at the company. I would definitely keep building on these topics, because it's clear and simple: these are the two types of topics that perform the best.
And the great thing is: you can create endless variations of these stories, because when you're working with ChatGPT, it's all fictional anyway.
YouTube: I also found a few more channels on YouTube that show there’s definitely potential for success in this niche.

ChatGPT: Writing scripts for this niche is actually super easy with ChatGPT. But it’s important that you know how to guide it properly to get the results you want. One key tip: show ChatGPT an example script from a competitor. That way, it can analyze the structure, storytelling, hooks, and writing style. Like I mentioned before, make sure the script is written in first person — that really matters in this niche, so be clear about that in your prompt. If you structure your prompt using chapters or sections, it also helps you keep track of what the story is about and makes it easier to tweak specific parts later on.
Scriptwriter: If you're not comfortable using AI, you can also choose to have the stories written by a scriptwriter. In that case, I’d give the same advice: send them the competitor’s channel so the scriptwriter can clearly understand how the stories are structured and continue on that writing style.
Reddit: You can also get a lot of topic inspiration by reading cheating stories on Reddit. It's full of them. Here are a few examples:

Topic:
To create my own topic within this niche, I went to ChatGPT and uploaded the script of the most popular video from the competitor’s channel. Why? Because that topic got over 1.2M+ views, so the audience is clearly very triggered by that subject. I asked ChatGPT if it could provide a solid analysis and then create an original story, but still following the structure of the example script. I started with the intro because that’s the most important part of the video, and I wanted the text message to be discussed right away so it matches the thumbnail. As you can see in the script, I made it even more triggering by revealing that her husband now wants to be together with her best friend. This also raises questions for the viewer, giving them an extra reason to keep watching. In the end, I generated more than 7 chapters with ChatGPT. See below:

How to create your thumbnail?
I started by creating the female character using ChatGPT. I asked for a good-looking woman around the age of 40–50, and this is what came out:

Add the textmessage/topic:
Just to make it extra clear, I want to emphasize once again that this isn’t something I would usually stand for, but I’m doing it because I’ve seen that it works well with this audience. The idea is to highlight the most shocking part of the topic directly in the thumbnail, for example by showing the text message. I still wanted to keep it more structured so I chose to add a big, clear title that says MY HUSBAND DIVORCED ME to make the message instantly clear within split seconds.

In the end, I added two red highlights on the trigger words to make them stand out more and to give the thumbnail a cleaner, more organized look. If you’ve followed all the steps, this is what your final result should look like:

AUDIENCE ANALYSIS
What does the audience like?
Sharing their own stories
The comments are full of people telling their own personal stories. This audience gets triggered by the videos of our competition channel because many of them have experienced something similar themselves.
Good storytelling
I’ve seen several comments where the audience mentions that they don’t even care whether the content is AI-related or not. They simply enjoy the good storytelling and like watching/listening to these kinds of videos.
Victim vs Paybacks
What I've noticed in the comments is that this audience finds satisfaction in topics where the woman is the victim, where the man has done all sorts of horrible things to her but in the end, the woman is smarter and gets back at him even harder.
AUDIENCE ANALYSIS
What does the audience not like?
When the timeline doesn't match
You’ve probably already figured it out, but these videos can all be generated with AI. The only thing you really need to pay attention to is making sure your story makes sense; otherwise chances are you’ll get comments like these down below.
