Christian News
Why this
niche?
I discovered a few channels that were launched within three months and are now generating millions of views. Aside from that, the target audience for this niche are Christians, and they're very active in the comments section, which is a great signal. Disclaimer: I analyze this niche from a business point of view and disassociate myself from anything these channels do. They use a lot of clickbait in their titles and thumbnails, and I understand if you disagree with how they do it because of your religion.

Intense video footage
This is such a great way to start your video because you will give people straight away what they clicked for.
00:00
Nice voice over and background music
This is an AI voice over, but it does a great job of telling the story. Sometimes it's a little off here and there, but that's fine because the rest of it is great. I also like the background music because it isn't too loud and works as a tension builder. This type of music is also heard in horror stories, and it works well in this niche.
00:17
Straight to the point
After the intense footage, they began with this sentence: ''Saudi Arabia's Mecca, home to Islam's holiest sites, has seen extreme storms that affected pilgrims, shuttered schools, and caused chaotic scenes.'' This is fantastic because, once again, you are providing people with what they have clicked for. This may seem an easy one, but I've seen far too many people get this wrong. They have really long introductions where they don't get to the point, and then they're also going to ask people to subscribe and after that they will get to the point. Half of your audience has already left if you do that, so what they're doing here is great for your AVD.

Quiz
First and foremost, I'm not sure if this is good, but based on the comments, I see a lot of people responding to this quiz thing, so I recommend trying it out and simply skipping it for your next video if you see a drop on your AVD there. So, if you're going to start in this niche and implement it, DON'T ORDER IN BULK. Because then you can't change it for your next video.

Deviate too much from the topic
They start off strong and get right to the point in this video. However, as the video progresses, I notice that the first two minutes are mainly about the title, and the rest of the video differs slightly to a different topic. After watching this video, I had the impression that I was watching a video about Bible stories rather than what is actually happening in Mecca.

Jesus Eternal Light
Used thumbnail 1
✅ Real events
This video has 224K views and that has 100% something to do with this thumbnail. If you look closely, you can see that it's fake, but if you look in a split second, you see something terrible happening and you just want to know if it's true and will be triggered to click.

✅ 3 Focus point
A triggering text, person and the fire/arrow. It's not the best looking thumbnail but because of this the thumbnail is easy to follow and is one of their better performing videos

✅ News format
I don't think they executed this format well because of the man's emotion, but this thumbnail format is great. Because it gives people the impression that something has happened in the news and that man (Israel's president) is responding to it. So, how can it be improved? Look for a picture of Israel's president speaking with emotion. Then, under his mouth, place a microphone from a news channel and add text that says something like, "I'm SHOCKED."
I will a example in the "Lets Create Your Video" part down below.

✅ Triggering text
This text works well when combined with a thumbnail that has something like "JUST HAPPENEND" in the title. People will get in a FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) state and will be more likely to click.

Starting with a news clip
What's very good here is that they start with a short clip of a news broadcast. This makes the story instantly believable, and triggers the viewer to continue watching the video.
03:18
A good transition to the next topic
''Is this a punishment from God?'' This is a very good sentence to trigger the audience. What I often see in this niche is that they talk in the first minutes of the video about the title/thumbnail to take the clikbait feeling away from the viewer and then the script takes a turn to another topic (bible, god etc) to go deeper into that. So this sentence ''Is this a punishment from God?' is excellent to use in your script to move on to another topic because the target audience is already in the middle of the story and because they are so religious.

A bad AI voice over
When I was watching this video, I really had to laugh a little because this AI voice over has such misplaced emotion in his voice. It starts at 7 seconds of the video, and after that you hear a lot of mistakes in the voice as an example at 01:44 min. This is really bad. But what is very special to see is that people don't point this out in the comments, they still mainly talk about God, prayers and about the topic of the video. So that again shows how religious this target audience is, because this video still achieved 140k+ views with such a bad voice over. An AI voice over is generally not necessarily bad, but make sure if you use one, the tone and emotion of the voice is right.

✅ Great text
If this thumbnail only had one circle/arrow, it would be great. Three focus points is really enough. Aside from that, this thumbnail is fine and can trigger a lot. The choice of choosing this text combined with the image of the Kaaba works quite well in this niche. You can also use terms like: JUST HAPPEND!

❌ No focus points
In this thumbnail, I'm missing the focus points. There is a lot going on in the image, and as a result, you don't know where to look. While using a zoomed-out photo, it is necessary to add text or an arrow/circle; otherwise, viewers will not understand the thumbnail and simply see some small black/white pixels surrounded by a brown color while looking at it in a split second.

Topic example
Where do I find topics?
This niche is very similar to the Elon Musk niche in how it works. There is a lot of clickbait and making stories bigger than they really are. But I understand not everybody wants to do that so I will suggest a clickbait way and a less clickbait way
Combining news with Jesus/God (less clickbait)
I would look into what's currently trending in American news and give Jesus his opinion on that news event. What works best is if it has something to do with religion, such as the current conflict in Israel/Gaza. So for example, the competition took this topic a month ago: Jesus Reveals Why Hamas Attacked Israel. It performed great with 400K+ views and still getting 600 VPH. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ErsIsqLZtU You can basically do this with every news event over and over again. Jesus Reveals Why [NEWS EVENT]
Old news (More clickbait)
What the competition is currently doing is using past events that happened at the Kaaba or the Dome of the Rock and bring it as if it just occurred. People don't seem to care because the views are currently skyrocketing and 95% of the comments are about prayers.
Competition
Keep watching what the competition is doing. When they jump on something that is getting views, I would suggest doing the same and tweak the topic a bit in your title and thumbnail.
TikTok
Look for videos in which something happened around a religious event or a building. For example, I searched on #kaaba and I found this video: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGeLkXNw1/ then I looked a bit further and I found this video that's talking about that video: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGeLkqV7B/ This video has over 2.7 million views on TikTok, proving that this story triggers a lot of people. So, with this video, I would build a story around it in combination with the Kaaba and use the same strategy as the competition does with the "Old News" topics.
Topic
I chose to demonstrate how to create one of those clickbait topics because that is what your competitors are doing and what works. I discovered this video through one of our competitors, and I would reuse the information and footage. There is no magic here to tell on articles I can share because the competitors are also making up something that happened in the past, so that's all the information you need.

Looking for the right picture
I looked for a picture where it looked like something tragic has happened at the Kaaba and I found this picture on Google. I simply typed in Kaaba and clicked on some pictures and then this one popped up.

Edits
- With Photoshop AI, I selected the smoke in the first image and told it to "add a tsunami." After a few clicks, this image showed up.
- I rotated the image and zoomed in slightly to give it a different feel, as this image was most likely already used as a thumbnail by someone else.
- Then I added an arrow and the text: JUST HAPPENED! You could also add something like: 5 MINUTES AGO! or whatever the competition is doing.
AUDIENCE ANALYSIS
What does the audience like?
Worship God
The most common comments I have seen while analyzing is that this audience is very religious. They pray in the comments and express their love for god.
AUDIENCE ANALYSIS
What does the audience not like?
Clickbait/stretching
People dislike it when you clickbait too much and stretch your video, just like in any other niche. However, I have to say that this niche is built on clickbait titles and thumbnails, otherwise it will fail. So you have to find the right balance there.
