Streamers
Why this
niche?
In this niche, I found a channel that just started 2 months ago, and they've achieved now over 4.2M+ monthly views with just 9 uploaded videos. There's also another channel using the same method in this niche, and that one also goes very well. This shows there's a huge audience for this niche. Once you understand how to approach it, there's definitely potential for receiving a lot of views.

An intro that matches the title
'One streamer had to let a hip-hop OG know, that he was stuck in the past...'
Great start! They give the viewer what they clicked for and start directly with their video.

Nice video editing
I really like the way this video is edited, and it reminds me a little bit of the YouTubers niche. I don't want to say that your video has to be the same quality to be successful, but if you have an editor who can edit like this, then your video can be more fun to watch as a viewer.

Thrilling background music from the start
What they do really well here is adding this kind of music right from the start, so you instantly get a thrilling feeling as a viewer. So I'd definitely take an example from this background music if you want to start in this niche. Great choice!
00:56
Real footage
I can't say this enough but adding real footage to your video will definitely make it more valuable. Especially in niches like this, it's almost a must to use it if you ask me. The video gets more real, and it's exactly what the viewers want to watch.

Announcing the next clip
'But the friendship didn't last long, because when she released her song Cha Cha Cha Kai reacted to it live, and he didn't hold back and gave his honest opinion about the song...'
A very good way to keep the viewer hooked is by reacting to the clip the viewer has just seen and then announcing what is coming next. That way, the viewer can get even better into the story, and you continually give them another reason to continue watching.
31:24
Smart outro
The fact that they let the voice-over announce the next video is a very smart move. That way you can keep your outro short and increases the chances that viewers will watch another video on the channel.
Don'ts
00:39
No triggering hooks
The voice-over is very fast, and while I think his voice suits the niche well, the lack of pauses makes it hard to follow or understand at times. This can be a good tactic and shows us that this audience likes this, as it keeps viewers engaged and prevents them from clicking away. However, it would be a great opportunity if they add a triggering hook to their video to create more curiosity, such as:
But this is where his story gets interesting, because....
4:27
Could be much better
'Kais is another streamer who's also had to take down some rappers, for thinking they're all that...'
Same here. This transition could be much better. What’s happening now is that they’re implying the intensity of the next case is the same as the viewer just saw. But what you actually want to do, is give the viewer a strong reason to watch the next case by making it feel even more intense than the last one. That way, you can create curiosity and boost your AVD. Some examples:
• But if you think you’ve seen it all, think again...
• But just when you thought it couldn’t get any crazier…
• But hold on, because things are about to take a dramatic turn...
• But that’s not even the craziest part of this video...
• But that’s just the beginning of a much bigger story...

✅ 3 Focus points
This channel really understands the rule of using a maximum of three focus points: two people and a triggering text. I completely get why this thumbnail has over 3.3 million views because it features a well-known fight in the streamer community. So it's important to know that it all starts with choosing the right topic, which makes the thumbnail obviously much more triggering because of the people featured. So looking at this thumbnail, I would definitely use this as an example since we know this strategy works well.

✅ Triggering thumbnail, but...
I really like this thumbnail because it’s exactly what the audience wants to see. They love fights and when things escalate, so featuring two people in a fight is a smart move. However, I’d suggest adding some color to make it pop even more, like coloring his shirt red. I know these are small details, but they can make a big difference. Besides that, there is one thing that is very important, but they don't show that on this thumbnail and that is showing the face of Jack Doherty because now they will definitely miss some clicks because we can only see his back. So if you are working with 'famous/well-known people, then it's a must to show their face. Besides that, great thumbnail!

How to find topics?
In this niche, it’s important to keep up with the latest news about streamers. I wouldn’t say you need to know everything from this niche to achieve success, but knowing some basics can really help you out. It’s the same with the rap niche. If you don’t know what’s going on, it can be tough to come up with some good topics. For example, if you check out our competition channel Dr Mystery, you’ll notice one name that keeps coming up: Kai Cenat. Knowing who he is matters because, as we can see, he’s a major player in the streaming world. Otherwise, our competition wouldn’t be getting over 1.9 million views on their videos about him.
Besides that, I found another channel where I noticed an obvious pattern that our channel, Dr. Mystery, also uses. The channel I’m referring to is Mr. Truth. If you take a look at their channel, you’ll likely notice that all of their titles follow this structure:
• 15 Times Streamers Got PRESSED On Live!
• 15 Times Streamers Got ATTACKED On Live!
• 10 Times IShowSpeed Got CHECKED On Live!
So because both competition channels use this format, and we can clearly see that it works, you can definitely take an example from this.
YouTube: For this niche, YouTube is a great source for finding clips and inspiration. Since most videos are made from short clips of streams or live sessions, it's important to focus on those moments. A good strategy is to search for streamer compilations like "the most funny/iconic moments," where you can find the most entertaining content. Keep in mind that topics where a streamer humbles someone else tend to work best, so try to select those clips and create your own story with them. I'll share the competition and compilation channels below.

Topic:
To create my own topic for in this niche, the first thing I did was closely analyze our competitor, Dr. Mystery. I focused on which videos were performing well and which ones weren’t. These were the topics that caught my attention right away from their most popular videos:
1. When Streamers Entitled Rappers
2. When Kai Cenat Humbles Entitled Celebrities
3. When Streamers Humble Entitled Women
You see? They all have the same pattern. As I explained earlier, the name Kai Cenat is a big name in this niche, so to me, it's a smart move to create my first topic about him. Especially when I came across this channel https://www.youtube.com/@KKayama and saw that the video about Kai Cenat is the one that's getting views again. Besides that, I’ve the confirmation that both topics “Streamers Who Humble Entitled Women” and “Kai Cenat Humbling Entitled Celebrities” are really popular. So what if we mix those 2 topics into one? For that reason I went to search for videos about him where he has some very akward/heated moments with different women and this is what I came up with:

How to create your thumbnail?
The first thing I did was searching for an image of Kai Cenat where he looks not so happy. I simply found this one via Google. Then, I needed to get an image of the girl where he has a akward/heated moment with, so I took a screenshot of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDNZZgkvgHE
Camera raw filter & Extend background
To make them stand out more, I chose "Select Subject" to create a new layer and added a Camera Raw filter to it. Here’s what I did: I adjusted the Whiten, Texture, and Sharpen settings. I also removed the text from KKVSH's face using the Lasso tool, and selected Generative Fill. After that, I extended the background of Kai Cenat in Photoshop to make it look like they are in the same room.
Add color and shadow
In the end, I also added some color so that the thumbnail will stand out even more. I choose to go for a yellow color because it matches good with the red. I simply selected her sweater, created a new layer and added 'color overlay.'
Eventually, I added the text 'SHE IS PYSCO' so that it looks like Kai Cenat will expose KKVSH and create some FOMO. Besides, it's possible that those real fans will recognize this moment, but this text may also make it seem like he is going back to that moment to expose her. So for the people who haven't seen this stream with her before, there's a chance they'll click, and so will the true fans who have already seen this clip. So if you followed all the steps, then your thumbnail will look like this:
AUDIENCE ANALYSIS
What does the audience like?
Streamers, especially Kai Cenat
This audience loves watching videos about streamers, especially Kai Cenat. I got that confirmation when I saw that a video on our competition channel with his name has now achieved more than 1.9M+ views. So this is definitely an important name to keep in mind.
Well known vs entitled
The way they keep putting well-known streamers up against entitled women, celebrities, or rappers really hooks this audience. People are into that kind of drama and love to watch those kinds of videos. They love seeing streamers caught up in messy situations, and it keeps them coming back for more.
AUDIENCE ANALYSIS
What does the audience not like?
When the title doesn't match with what's actually happening
One thing I’ve noticed in my analysis is that this audience won’t hesitate to speak up if they don’t agree with what the title promises. They love watching streamers humble entitled women or rappers, but if they feel like the streamer didn’t actually humble anyone, they’ll definitely let you know in the comments.
